I have a few workout DVDs that I use. I have Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels, Walk Away the Lbs., Lindsay Brin DVDs but still I like to keep things mixed up and not doing the same workouts week after week. Towards the end of my Shaklee 180 journey I came across BeFit. Lionsgate BeFit is a YouTube channel that offers free workouts every week day. The have videos from trainers like Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin and many more. They offer yoga, ab and butt workouts and they even have workouts with Dancing with the Stars! Most videos are less than 15 minutes. It’s hard to believe that they offer all of this for free but I am so glad that I found it. I could do a different workout or 2 each day and still not repeat a workout for possibly months.

"BeFit free workout videos"

With the start of the new year many people make a goal, resolution or plan to get healthier this year. Were you one of those people? With BeFit you get a variety of workouts that require little to no equipment and can be done just about anywhere so you really don’t have an excuse not to get a workout in, unless you don’t have internet access of course. I’m not being paid by BeFit and I don’t know much of anything about the BeFit in 90 or the BeFit in 30 extreme I just know that I found free workouts that I enjoy and wanted to share them with y’all. There are all kinds of workouts on YouTube that are free you just have to search them out.

Now go pick out some workouts and get your sweat on!

  1. I love watching YouTube workout videos – sometimes I do the snippets to see if I really want to buy the entire DVD set. These are so much fun – just get up and MOVE! 🙂

This sounds good and economical. I may try it. Thanks. Befit isn’t something I heard of before.

that’s very cool. We’ve been using different places online to stream workout videos too. It’s definitely helpful to be able to have the free videos in your home.

  6. I can only workout at home. It sounds funny but I don’t give it my all at the gym. I have lost all my baby weight and onto losing the weight that I gained right before pregnancy (I like to get fat in the summer, too much temptation). I’m such a believer in my at home workouts I became a BeachBody Coach 🙂
