As the weather continues to warm up here in Central Virginia I am daydreaming about warm weather treats. I love making no bake desserts. You get a yummy dessert without the extra heat in the house from the oven. No bake desserts let your fridge do all the work. This round up of no bake desserts features some great cheesecakes, truffles, pies, and more delicious no bake desserts perfect for spring and summer time. The ideas below would be a great addition to your next pot luck or party. Most all of these recipes are easy enough to make that the kids can even make them.
